Lumqor does not guarantee product profitability, sales velocity, or marketplace approval. You remain solely responsible for your commercial decisions, supplier agreements, quality control, and inventory commitments.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, software architecture, user interfaces, documentation, and proprietary methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Lumqor and its licensors. Content generated from your own private input parameters remains your property.
5. Third-Party Marketplaces and Non-Endorsement
Lumqor is an independent analytics software provider. References to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or other marketplaces are solely for interoperability and descriptive purposes. Lumqor is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. or any other marketplace provider unless explicitly stated under an authorized partner program.
